Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Inspecalytics documentation software, including our web application (app.inspecalytics.com), iOS app, and this website (the "Service"). By requesting access, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Early access

The Service is currently offered free of charge on an early-access basis through a waitlist, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time. Features may change as the product evolves, and the Service may contain bugs or incomplete functionality.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By default it is stored locally on your device; if you enable cloud upload or sync, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the features you use, such as cloud backup, sync, and sharing. When you share a project, you choose how long the share link remains valid (default 30 days, a custom number of days, or no expiration). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you create and share, and for managing share links and their access levels.

Professional responsibility

Inspecalytics is a documentation tool and does not provide engineering, legal, or insurance advice or conclusions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for complying with applicable professional and regulatory standards.

Disclaimer & backups

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or that data will not be lost, so you should keep your own backups (for example, by exporting .inspproj files).
